YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT A BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL LEAD TO IRREPARABLE INJURY AGAINST COMPANY AND THAT COMPANY MAY SEEK IMMEDIATE COURT INJUNCTIVE RELIEF FOR SUCH BREACH.

    THE PARTIES FURTHER WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN MARYLAND IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
